World's Highest Tightrope Walk  - performed between two hot air balloons flying at 11,420 feet above Ross on Wye, Herefordshire. The 20 foot walk was made between the Citroen Xantia and Champagne Mercier balloons by Wye Valley Aviation‘s chief pilot on 16th November 1993.

The project was filmed  from a helicopter and broadcast on  ITN's  News at Ten  "and finally" slot.
